DTE Counselling

• Candidates need to participate in the DTE counselling process conducted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. 
• After registration and submission of CMAT scores at the counselling website, a merit list will be drawn, without any priority or order of the candidates. 
• Merit list will be based on the marks scored in CMAT. 
• This list will include candidates who can participate further for the counselling rounds. 
• Candidate has to visit the Reporting centre for document verification and choice filling process. 
• choice filling and locking has to be completed by the candidate only. 
• If allotted during any rounds of this counselling procedure, candidate has to move to the document verification centre or submit the documents copy online at the DTE counselling website.
• Candidate must pay part course fee during this stage. 
• The remaining part payment of the course fee will be paid while reporting to the institute, completing the final stage of the admission process. 
• Candidate should reach PIMR Indore in order to complete the remaining admission process by submitting the documents. (Refer PIMR admission: Documents while reporting to institute).

 College level Counselling (CLC)

• After the sleeping rounds have completed, PIMR conducts a college level counselling for the vacant seats left.
• Counselling notification gets generated at newspaper and official website of PIMR na d DTE Counselling. 
• Selection takes place on the basis of merit in qualifying excommunication and CMAT Score. 

PIMR offers full time undergraduate programs in various specialisations. Each specialization prefers a minimum eligibility of completion of 10+2 level of education. PIMR also offers LLB & LLM courses on a full time basis for graduates in relevant discipline.

• Shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of merit. They must participate in the online counselling conducted by DHE Madhya Pradesh. 
• Candidates must registers at the official counselling website of DHE Maharashtra. 
• Enter the basic details required for including mobile number and email ID.
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Upon verifying the OTP number, a unique application ID will be generated. 
• Candidate must create the password and use this along with the application ID to see their application status in the future. 
• Enter all the details required such as personal, academic scores in the form. After successful payment of counselling fee, the application will be considered accepted. 
• Candidate must review and carefully complete the choice filling process in a decreasing preference.. 
• An OTP will be sent while choice locking to the registered mobile number. After entering the OTP, candidate cannot change the choices they have emeterd.
• After the application is submitted, take a hard copy print of it. 
• After each round of counselling, allotment of seats will take place. Candidate with desired seat in their desired course for PIMR, must freeze their allotment and confirm it. 
• If not allotted, they can float and enter for the next round of counselling. 
• If allotted, candidate has to upload their documents for verification and pay the admission fee. 
• Candidate has to report to PIMR Indore for completing further admission process and by submitting the documents. (Refer PIMR admission: Documents while reporting to institute)
• They have to pay the remaining admission fee and confirm the seat acceptance. 

PIMR offers Post Graduate Diploma across 2 specializations. Details of the same are mentioned in the below table.

Scholarships are given in PIMR Indore on the basis of merit and scores of the qualifying exams. Apart from the government scholarship programs, the institute extends its own grant- The Chhavi Jain Merit Cum Means Scholarship for students by the Prestige Education Society.
