Shri HK Arts College is managed by the 155-year-old Gujarat Vidyasabha, Brahmchari Wadi Trust and is affiliated with Gujarat University (GU), Ahmedabad. With 14 departments, the college aims to promote the development of the Gujarati language and literature. Recognizing the importance of libraries in education and culture, the institution has translated important books from various disciplines into Gujarati and has published over a thousand books.

The college offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs. It actively organizes events such as Orientation, Youth Festivals, and Dramas. Additionally, the college boasts a well-equipped library and excellent infrastructure.
